Evalconvert Sync — Privacy Policy

What this extension does

Evalconvert Sync is a browser extension built for gym staff who use both iClassPro (class management) and evalconvert.com (a tool that turns iClassPro skill-evaluation data into printable branded score sheets, attendance roll sheets, and move-up certificates).

When the staff member clicks "Pull from iClassPro" on evalconvert.com, the extension reads class, student, and evaluation data from the staff member's already-logged-in iClassPro tab and forwards it to evalconvert.com for PDF generation.

What data we access

The extension only operates on tabs where the staff member is already actively signed in to their gym’s iClassPro account. The data we read is the same data the staff member can already see in iClassPro — we are not gaining new access. Specifically:

• Class names, schedules, and assigned instructors for today's date
• Student names, ages, and enrollment status (active, trial, makeup) for those classes
• Skill evaluation scores when present
• Allergy/medical flags shown on iClassPro’s enrollment view (for the staff member's own awareness on the printed sheet)

What we do with it

The data is forwarded once per pull, in-session, to evalconvert.com so that site can render PDFs the staff member then prints. The extension itself does not store, log, transmit elsewhere, or share data with any third party.

What we do NOT collect

• We do not store data in the extension
• We do not analyze or aggregate data across users or sessions
• We do not sell or share data with anyone outside the gym’s own evalconvert.com tool
• We do not track browsing activity outside of the specific iClassPro and evalconvert.com tabs we operate on
• We do not use cookies or local storage beyond the standard browser session

Permissions justification

• activeTab + scripting — needed to read class data from the staff member’s iClassPro tab when they click "Pull from iClassPro"
• tabs — needed to find which iClassPro tab is open and match it to the gym selected on evalconvert.com (so we never pull from the wrong gym)
• host_permissions for app.iclasspro.com — the iClassPro admin domain we read from
• host_permissions for enterprise.iclasspro.com — the iClassPro multi-location admin domain (for managers with enterprise access)
• host_permissions for evalconvert.com — the target site we send the pulled data to

Data retention on evalconvert.com

Once data is forwarded to evalconvert.com for PDF generation, it’s held in memory only long enough to produce the PDF, then discarded. evalconvert.com keeps a row in its usage log noting the gym, number of classes, and timestamp (no student names or scores) for the operator’s own analytics.
